I have used KB coaches on many occasions as a parent volunteer on school trips. A couple of the drivers really let the company down - miserable as sin and totally inflexible. The company are happy to take the money for school trips during the day but then get angry and blame staff when traffic or delays mean that they can't make their school pickups for 3.00pm.

Sadly I wouldn't trust this coach company - This morning and on a regular basis I witness their coaches speeding in the Stoke Gifford Area. I believe they are taking children to school and would definitely not let my child go on board with the manner of their driving. I witnessed two this morning with one registration plate end CCA. I have held back adding the full registration.

We have had a number of coaches with KB during the school holidays. They are reasonably priced, always get us there and back in good time and all of the drivers that we have had have been really helpful, friendly and great with the kids that we care for. Also really nice Coaches!

KB Coaches provided transfers for several of the teams during the U18 Six Nations Festival in Hartpury. Everything worked like clockwork – the buses were always on time and the coach drivers were always in a good mood! :)

I currently use KB Coaches on a weekly basis to run cultural tours and trips. The office staff and drivers are friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. I have found the prices to be very reasonable and the coaches are modern and comfortable.

Good morning,
I am writing on behalf of The Gaudeamus Chorale to thank the whole team at KB Coaches for the first class travel that you have provided to our 140 members and friends over the last few days. We traveled from Hertfordshire to Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford and Tewkesbury during our tour singing Haydn's The Creation.
The coaches were spotlessly clean, comfortable, on time and very professionally driven.
I've had a number of people congratulate me for a job well done, but in fact the credit is all yours. KB were very easy to work with and accommodated a number of requested changes through the planning process promptly and without fuss.
I get the impression of a friendly and well run organisation, and indeed one of your drivers commented to me on Saturday how much he enjoys working for you. Certainly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KB Coaches to anyone looking for transport in your beautiful part of the country.
The three concerts we gave look like having raised something in the region of £10,000 for Cancer Research UK, and your contribution in "getting us to the church on time" played no small part in that.
Once again many thanks, and all the best for your future prosperity.

Thanks to KB Coaches for providing an essential and timely road connection service into and out of Pathfinder Railtours 'Flying Scotsman' hauled main line train excursion, from Gloucestershire to North Wales.
Without that working like clockwork some of our travellers may have not have had such an enjoyable day.
Well done KB!

The driver of a KB Coach nearly clipped me off my bicycle while overtaking extremely closely this afternoon on Woodstock Road in Oxford.
When I cycled up to the driver to let him know (I assumed he hadn't seen me that's how close he passed) he told me it was deliberate because I was "weaving all over the place" and that he didn't care because he didn't actually hit me.
Rule 163 of the Highway Code states that you must overtake only when it is safe and legal to do so. You should:
- not get too close to the vehicle you intend to overtake
- move quickly past the vehicle you are overtaking, once you have started to overtake. Allow plenty of room. Move back to the left as soon as you can but do not cut in
- give motorcyclists, cyclists and horse riders at least as much room as you would when overtaking a car (see Rules 211-215)
There was no concern for me and no apology given for nearly hitting me with a coach. If your drivers demonstrate such flagrant disregard for vulnerable road users, I genuinely fear for the safety of your clients and the people forced to share the road with you.
Your driver may not think my life matters, but I do.
